Our client in Reading is seeking an administrative assistant. This client is in the food manufacturing and distribution industry. This role can be worked remote.  

  • Perform a wide range of social media and consumer relation activities for assigned area.
  • Knowledgeable with all social media platforms.
  • Provide a quality customer service experience to our consumers and customers via social media pages, telephone and emails.
  • Gain a working knowledge of Company systems and processes
  • Problem solve in a professional and effective manner.
  • Communicate effectively with consumers via all channels (Including but not limited to: telephone, email, letter, chat, text, social media, etc…)
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Respond to incoming emails
  • Gather all information so issues can be addressed properly to provide first


Job Requirements

  • High School diploma required.
  • Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software
  • Communication skills - written and verbal
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other software/applications
  • Flexible schedule. Remote position.
