Our client in Reading is seeking an administrative assistant. This client is in the food manufacturing and distribution industry. This role can be worked remote.
- Perform a wide range of social media and consumer relation activities for assigned area.
- Knowledgeable with all social media platforms.
- Provide a quality customer service experience to our consumers and customers via social media pages, telephone and emails.
- Gain a working knowledge of Company systems and processes
- Problem solve in a professional and effective manner.
- Communicate effectively with consumers via all channels (Including but not limited to: telephone, email, letter, chat, text, social media, etc…)
- Answer incoming calls
- Respond to incoming emails
- Gather all information so issues can be addressed properly to provide first
