Customer Service Representatives needed!!

Are you a dependable, customer service driven individual, who thrives in a busy, fast-paced setting?

Our client, a nationally recognized risk management company, has openings for Outbound Customer Service Representatives in the Phoenix office (85034).  The Outbound CSR will be assisting patients who have acquired work injuries and have an active Worker's Compensation Case.

Responsibilities of the Outbound Customer Service Representative include:

  • Prescreening injured workers over the phone
  • Make outbound calls to ensure injured workers have had their appointments set for them (doctor's appointments, physical therapy appointments, etc) and ensuring all necessary information have been provided to these appointments
  • Ensuring that the injured worker's case is kept up to date by means of documenting in computer system and communicating with Case managers.

 

Monday - Friday schedule!

 

 

 

 

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Good communication skills
  • Customer service experience (via telephone a plus!)
  • Bilingual preferred!
