RemX is looking for a Receptionist/Administrative candidate for a client’s Corporate office located in Coastal Carlsbad Area. Position will start next week and is contract with potential to go hire for the right candidate. Pay $20 to 21/hour, DOE. Because of site restrictions candidates must be fully vaccinated. Hours Monday – Friday 8:00 to 4:30

JOB SUMMARY:

· Answering of phones, greet visitors, preparing and accepting overnight packages, mail distribution

· Scheduling meetings and appointments, maintain files

· Provide administrative support to other departments, scanning of documents, following up on correspondence

· Order, inventory and maintain office and kitchen supplies

· Place catering orders and assist with set up of meetings, such as ensuring conference room is cleaned and organized

· Assist associates and guest in following Covid protocols

· Maintain tracking log for associates and guest coming to the office

· Develop and prepare spreadsheets, flowcharts, graphs, and PowerPoint presentations as request

· Summarize reports and highlights those key actions items which need follow-up

· Assist with other administrative duties as needed.

 

 

Job Requirements

Job Qualifications:

· Minimum of 2 years receptionist experience and 1-year administrative experience

· High school graduate or GED, college experience preferred

· Strong skills Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

· Experience working with general office equipment

· Must be professional, with excellent customer service and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work independently with strong organization skills
