Remote Call Center Representative

Job Responsibilities: The Call Center Representative is responsible for the following:

  • Manage both inbound and outbound calls
  • Provide quality customer service during every interaction with health plan members
  • Perform accurate data entry in the system and navigate through multiple computer applications
  • Work in a production environment and meet daily, weekly, monthly quotas

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a PLUS
  • Must have 3+ years call center experience
  • Previous medical experience is highly preferred
  • Must have high speed internet and a quiet workspace
  • Active listening skills
  • Ability to type 30+ WPM
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a moderately noisy, fast-paced and changing environment
