RemX has partnered with a large international logistics company to assist in their search for an Office Assistant for their Philadelphia, PA office. The Office Assistant will be responsible for clerical and administrative tasks to support the Export Department. This role will be fully-remote after the first week of training in the office. Office Assistant Job Description:

  • Data entry of all customer information into the system. 
  • Open and distribute mail
  • Generate correspondence to internal and external counterparts
  • Organizes and maintains file system
  • Schedule conference calls and on-site/off-site meetings
  • Manage the ordering of supplies

Job Requirements

Office Assistant Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of administrative/clerical experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Willingness to take the initiative.
  • Knowledgeable with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
