RemX is seeking an HRBP for a dynamic company located in Carlsbad, CA. We are looking for someone strategic with well-rounded HR experience and a strength in Talent Acquisition.This is a Direct Hire opportunity paying 80-90kwith a stable organization and robust HR team. Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all HR functions for the assigned unit to include employee relations, HRIS record keeping, performance management and Talent Acquisition
  • Assist executives with talent Acquisition strategies to attract corporate leadership Talent (IT, engineering, accounting, customer service, corporate infrastructure)
  • Manage day to day employee relations of the Business Unit in accordance with HR Law, guide and mentor Department Managers
  • Manage the onboarding process for operational requisitions; process new hire forms, enter into system, ensure new employee is prepared and informed
  • Assist with scheduling meetings between departments and with vendors
  • Assist with Payroll and Benefits inquiries with Generalist support
  • Provide administrative support to the Director of HR, partner with HRBP’s in other units
  • Provide additional admin support including filing, scanning and faxing
  • May also be asked to aid other departments within Human Resources as needed

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, HR or related field
  • 5-8 years of Human Resource Business Partner experience or Sr HR Generalist ready for the next step
  • PHR or other certificates
  • Excellent communication skills and extremely detail oriented, organized, independent and proactive
  • Experience working with HRIS systems; UltiPro preferred
  • Outstanding customer service experience in dealing with all employees and outside contacts
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information respectfully
