TYPE: Contract to Hire; Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM and 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM shifts available; will be remote until client returns to office

  • Schedule and dispatch service calls for technicians in assigned territory
  • Create daily schedules keeping in mind necessary actions for key accounts based on service agreements
  • Change schedules as required throughout the day for emergency calls
  • Monitor technicians using GPS
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements


  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; some level of higher education preferred
  • Two or more years of experience in dispatching role is required; experience dispatching in field service industry is preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and prioritize needs of customer
  • Ability to communicate effectively via phone
  • Must have strong sense of urgency
