$20/hr. - Technical Customer Service Rep. – Remote – Scottsdale – AZ residents ONLY!
After COVID employees will return to the onsite location!
Must be available to work any shift between (6:30am and 8:30am) Monday through Friday
- Average call length is 1 hour
- Calls are with new customers that are in the onboarding process of the new product
- These are scheduled calls that consist of training on specific features, shadowing, hand holding, network verification
- Administrative duties – building the account’ setting up phone tree, call flow, voicemail, etc.
- Previous call center preferred
- Technical support experience
- Attendance, work ethic

- Ability to listen, analyze, troubleshoot and to resolve common customer inquiries
- Confident with communicating via phone
- Strong focus on detail orientated
- Flexible; be able to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment Competencies:
- Professional Communication
- Basic computer operating skills (typing, using applications, copy-paste, etc.)
- Microsoft Word and Excel
- Background screen
- No drug screen
