Position Summary:

The candidate will be responsible for collecting and reviewing closed loan files returned from signing agent to ensure that the loan is closed in accordance with the closing instructions along with verifying that the recordable instruments meet the necessary state and county guidelines. Candidate will also be responsible for gathering outstanding conditions and shipping the documents to the client on a timely basis.

Essential Functions:

• Review executed closing documents for accuracy

• Review title commitments for conformity with client and internal requirements

• Verify that all closing conditions have been fulfilled

• Prepare post- closing checklist for shipping of loan file to client

• Contact borrower, lender and signing agent for any remediation items needed

• Scan and copy and necessary documents

• Address inquiries from clients, borrowers, agents and internal staff professionally and in a timely manner

• All other duties as assigned


Job Requirements

  • 1 year of Real Estate, Mortgage or Title experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills needed- MS Office
  • Ability to work 3pm to 12pm  M-F
  • Temp to Hire
