Administrative assistant is needed at Catalina Foothills office for a property management company.
Duties of the administrative assistant includes:
- Answering phones
- Schedule and arrange appointments for property visits
- Data entry correspondence (email)
- Organizing records
- Other administrative functions as needed
- Professional and friendly customer service skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Experience with phone work
- Ability to multi-task in an office setting
