  • Understanding of the importance of accurate billing and service provision

The Billing Coordinator will ensure Quality Control on billing for key clients and will perform quality assurance on invoice management.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify data gaps in Key Client information and resolve them for billing purposes
  • Work with other departments to resolve queries on process
  • Work with Credit Control to resolve outstanding debt for Key Clients
  • Identify revenue improvement and cost savings opportunities

  • Ensure accuracy of invoicing and packing list and daily/weekly reporting of invoicing status
  • Responsible for the tracking and updating of import containers
  • Upload customs documents to SAP
  • Schedule arriving containers for delivery, create DO, ensure proper release and that no demurrage or per diem charges occur
  • Cargowise experience preferred.
