RemX has an immediate opportunity for a First Notice of Loss Customer Service Representative.
Shifts: 10 am- 6 pm Monday-Friday with a rotating Saturday (every 6 weeks)
This position takes the first notice of loos report by telephone, email and or fax through an automated system.
- Take new loss reports from customers via telephone
- Verify coverage and determined course of action
- Triage the claims to provide exceptional service
- Assign claims to appropriate claims handler
- Enter faxed claims into automated systems
- Assist Insured's, Claimants, and Agents regarding questions or problems associated with claims
- Document claims files and maintain control of work
