TYPE: Long term contract; 1st shift

  • Provide 1st and 2nd tier client support for local team as well as remote support for other offices as needed
  • Respond to requests received through ticket queue in a timely manner
  • Update users on status of their ticket and progress on a resolution
  • Create tickets for call in and in person requests
  • Document technical issues for future diagnostics
  • Support hardware tickets for local office team
  • Set up new computer systems and office equipment locally
  • Provide support for new software roll outs



Job Requirements


  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT user support; remote support experience is required
  • Experience troubleshooting and providing assistance over the phone is required
  • Experience with MS Office 365 support is required as well as knowledge of Windows 10
  • Experience utilizing a ticketing system and remote support software is strongly preferred
  • Must have strong communication skills; organizational skills
