Pay Rate: $18.36/hr

Training Schedule: 3:30pm - 12:00am, Sa/Su OFF

Shift Schedule: 7:00pm - 3:30am, Tue/Wed OFF

Work for a global leader in payments, financial technology, and provider of bill pay services.  You will take inbound calls from banking and merchant customers, answer questions, assist with researching and resolving issues. You may make outbound calls to follow up with customers or clients on errors or questions. This is a temp to hire job opportunity, starting in October. 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquires.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure that they are satisfied with the company product or service.

Job Requirements

Basic requirements for consideration:

  • One-year customer service experience
  • Experience with internet navigation and technology
  • Positive attitude and great phone etiquette
  • Must be able to work onsite

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with an online bill pay service or banking
  • Strong work tenure with previous roles lasting a year or more
  • One year of Call Center experience
