Description

A Data Storage Manufacturing company is hiring a AP/AR Assistant located in Anaheim.  This is a temporary to hire position.  Offering $19-$21/hr.

 

AP/AR Assistant Duties:

  • Assist with Invoice clients on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis
  • Assist  with resolving invoice discrepancies
  • Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
  • Respond to client correspondence by mail, phone, or email
  • Document all billing related inquiries and issues
  • Assist with Accounts Payable, data entry and check runs
  • Perform monthly account statement reconciliations
  • Consistently follow up on past due to accounts
  • Other general accounting duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

AP/AR Assistant Requirements:

  • 2-5 years Accounting Assistant or Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable required
  • HR knowledge in current legal standards desired
  • Comfortable in a fast paced environment
  • Intermediate level in Excel, Microsoft Office, Outlook
  • Knowledge of Sage preferred
