We are looking for a Receptionist to be the "Director of First Impressions" at a Corporate office based in Mission Valley.

Location: Mission Valley 92108 (100% on-site)

Pay: $16.69/hr


Job duties

  • You will provide reception duties for visitors and internal staff 
  • Greet callers and route calls to appropriate party within the organization
  • Assist with HR memos, sorting mail, and data entry 
  • Upkeep tidiness of communal office spaces / kitchen restock
  • Provide administrative support as needed 


Job Requirements


  • Professional demeanor and attitude 
  • Previous front desk experience preferred 
  • Multi line phone experience 
  • Intermediate MS Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
