Job Description CSR Intake:

  • Managing inbound calls from patients trying to call back to get scheduled or answer questions
  • Managing inbound calls from internals colleagues; Case Managers, Nurses in regard to current cases and a status update
  • Managing inbound calls from providers regarding changes in the Rx (amount of physical therapy or new imaging that is needed)


Job Requirements


  • No more than 3 jobs in the last 4 years
  • Good communication skills
  • HSD or GED
  • customer service (via telephone) experience or will accept other types of F2F customer service

Screening Requirements:

  • 7-year criminal background
  • no drug screen is required


Shifts available of 9am-5:30pm or 9:30am-6pm
