Nationally recognized Risk Management company in search of Intake Customer Services Representatives at the Phoenix, AZ office (85034)

As the Intake Customer Service Rep, duties will include:

  • Managing inbound calls from patients trying to call back to get scheduled or answer questions regarding their case
  • Managing inbound calls from internal colleagues such as Case Managers Nurses, in regard to current cases and a status update
  • Managing inbound calls from providers regarding changes in the Rx (amount of physical therapy needed or new imaging that is needed)

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Call center/phone experience preferred
  • Customer service experience preferred

 

$16.00-$17.00/hr, DOE

Weekly pay and benefits offered!

Monday – Friday schedule…No Weekends!
