Description

RemX is seeking an Office Assistant for our client based in the Bridgewater, NJ area! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Candidates will be working on-site.

6 month temporary role

Pay Rate: $19.00 - $20.00 an hour

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Answer inbound calls and respond to caller inquiries 
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Coordinate email correspondences via Microsoft Outlook   
  • Perform all other office tasks

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook required
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ?Strong organizational skills
