This is a Direct Hire opportunity for candidates with flexible schedules!!
As the Customer Service Representative, duties will include:
- Assisting members if they are experiencing hardware/software challenges and troubleshooting any issues
- Coordinate with all branches of our support teams to better understand and resolve Member inquiries
- Call/Chat/Email with Members and manage tickets through to completion
- Being very knowledgeable about products and offerings
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
- HSD diploma or GED required
- Significant experience dealing with complex customer-service issues involving potentially escalated Members
- 2+ years of call center and/or customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to multi-task across interactions in phone, chat, and messaging platforms
- Must be flexible with working within hours of operation which are 7AM - 9PM and open 7 days a week (Permanent schedule will be determined by hiring manager, and there will always be 2 consecutive days off)
