TYPE: Contract to Hire

WHY THIS COMPANY: Our client is an international manufacturing company with its domestic headquarters located in Charlotte.  Their Charlotte office has doubled in size over the last few years, leading to advancement opportunities.

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Greet guests and direct to the appropriate person
  • Answer and transfer calls
  • Data entry of payables
  • Prepare deposits
  • Process payments
  • Receive mail / Fed-Ex packages
  • Schedule meetings, order lunches, coordinate office events
  • Other office related duties as requested  

 

Job Requirements

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2-3 years of office related experience
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and financials
  • Word & Excel
  • Must be organized
