Pay Rate: 1st shift: $17.00/hr | 2nd shift: $18.36/hr

1st and 2nd shifts available between 7:00AM-10:00PM

40 hours per week plus overtime

Work for a global leader in payments, financial technology, and provider of online and e-payment services.  You will take inbound calls from banking and merchant customers, answer questions, assist with researching and resolving issues. You will make outbound calls to follow up with customers or clients to follow up. This is a temp to hire job opportunity, starting in October. 

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Identify processing issues and Interchange qualification
  • Handle chargebacks, billing and funding investigations
  • Perform statement reviews and fee inquiries, Account Maintenance
  • Facilitate PCI compliance conversations
  • Use your strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with many levels of Management

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquires.
  • Follows up with clients to ensure that they are satisfied with the company product or service
  • Manage client contacts in a prompt, efficient manner providing correct, thorough responses to needs and requests.
  • Treats each member with care by:
    • Actively listening
    • Clarifying purpose
    • Communicating in a clear, concise, and positive manner
    • Providing timely solutions

Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

  • Customer Service experience with high expectation for ownership of issues
  • Experience multi-tasking in high volume workflow
  • Experience using mathematical, analytical, and investigative skills
  • Experience empathizing and de-escalating emotional phone calls with customers
  • High School Diploma or HS Equivalent required

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 Years Merchant Services or Customer Service experience preferred
  • Technical experience, to assist with troubleshooting equipment issues
  • Microsoft Office
