We are looking for friendly customer service representatives to work for our exciting fitness technology company!
This opportunity is currently work from home but will eventually move back in 2022 to the company's brand-new facility located near Tempe Town Lake which features amazing amenities such as onsite fitness center, living room areas, and fully stocked kitchen!
Pay: $19/Hr. (Plus Day 1 Benefits and Additional company perks available)
Hours of operation: 7 days a week 7am-9pm
- Work directly with Members to resolve any issues and provide great experiences
- Assist members if they are experiencing software challenges
- Call/Chat/Email with Members and manage tickets
- Be very knowledgeable about our products and offerings
- Equipment is provided while working from home
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Must have the ability to work from home, including high speed internet and a quiet place to conduct calls
- Must be comfortable returning onsite to the Tempe facility in 2022 once the company feels necessary
- Must be able to accept any assigned 8-hour shift between the hours of operation 7am-9pm 7 days a week
- 7-year background check performed
- HS diploma or GED required
