HR, payroll, and benefits outsourcing services provider for small and medium size business to handle payroll needs is looking for call center customer service reps. This position will deliver quality service to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Take inbound client calls (average 80+ calls/day), answering questions, looking up information, entering payroll data.
- Educating the client about payroll, taxes, child support, garnishment, and/or insurance.
- Maintain an understanding of client offering/products
- Ability to learn and work in many applications such as HRIS, Salesforce
- Ability to accurately input client data
Training Length: Four (4) weeks classroom + two (2) weeks nesting
Training Schedule: 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday
NM Training & Work Location: Remote- location- Albuquerque, NM
- 2-5 years customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multi-task and handle high volume workload.
- Must pass a Background check
- End of year if the busiest season due to W2 and typical payroll end of year functions
