Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Resolve customer issues
- Ability to multi-task between different phone and email queues
- Tech Savvy/ previous computer application experience
- Problem Solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Associates degree or 3 + years of customer service experience required
- Time Management skills
- Criminal background check
