Description

We are currently hiring an entry-level Office Assistant to join the team of a growing insurance company located in Red Bank, NJ. 

This position is responsible for providing support to the Claims Department. 

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing, routing and filing electronic documents
  • Supporting the claims intake process
  • Setting up electronic files
  • Scanning and saving documentation to electronic files
  • Data entry into company systems

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Self-directed
  • Ability to manage high volume workloads
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Property and Casualty insurance experience preferred
