Description

RemX has IMMEDIATE OPENINGS for highly Customer Service oriented Representatives at an exceptional healthcare organization. The helpful and caring Customer Service Rep will provide support within a high volume, fast-paced environment. This is part-time Week End only – Saturday and Sunday 8:45am – 1:15pm.

Duties:

  • Perform insurance verifications and authorizations.
  • Collect and update pertinent patient information.
  • Create and promote positive patient experience.
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance.
  • Participate in various projects and/or tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum High School Diploma
  • 2+ years customer service experience in a customer-facing environment
  • Must have a friendly, helpful attitude
  • Ability to demonstrate compassion when dealing with patients and family members
  • Bilingual Spanish a plus
  • Bilingual Mandarin or Cantonese a plus
  • Preferred: knowledge of patient confidentiality, state laws, HIPAA regulations and medical records procedures
