 Payroll Support Specialists are needed for nationally recognized and renowned HR Solutions company.

As Payroll Support Specialist, you will be providing the utmost customer service, ensuring customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively, and in accordance with policies and procedures.  The Payroll Support Specialist will act with uncompromising integrity, provide outstanding service, and build trusted relationships, drive innovation in products and services and continually improve processes, work in partnerships, and support each other. The Payroll Specialist will be personally accountable and deliver on commitments and treat clients and team members with respect and dignity.

 

RESPONSIBILITES OF THE PAYROLL SUPPORT SPECIALIST INCLUDE (but not limited to):

  • Deliver quality service to clients via phone, email, chat and other avenues
  • Being able to critically think and problem solve
  • Follows up on outstanding items to issue completion in compliance with established Service Level Agreements
  • Uses systems and software packages, which may include HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS
  • Develops and maintains a basic working knowledge of one or more solution-based products
  • Performs data input, maintaining strong prioritization and organization
  • Documents all client interactions

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
  • Customer service/client service interaction for business accounts
  • Experience in the areas of customer service, payroll, human resources, benefits administrations, financial institution and/or application support
  • Previous payroll management experience, working with multiple HR, payroll technology and platforms simultaneously/having worked in multi-states simultaneously
  • Working knowledge of payroll processing, tax principles, wage, and hours laws
  • Self-Starter
  • Possess professional and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail

 

 

Monday - Friday schedule, no weekends!
