Customer Service Advocates (Inbound) needed for nationally recognized HR & Payroll solutions company for Phoenix, AZ office.

As the Customer Service Advocates, duties include:

  • Deliver quality service to customers from inbound inquiries via phone, email, chat, assisting small to medium sized businesses with their payroll needs and questions
  • Maintain an understanding of client offering/products
  • Ability to learn and work in many applications such as HRIS, SalesForce
  • Ability to accurately input client data

 This role is transactional and very solution based where you are answering questions, looking up information, entering payroll data and educating the client about payroll, taxes, child support, garnishment, and/or insurance.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Ability to multi-task (phone, email, chat)
  • Call center/customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Monday – Friday Schedule (Must be open to work shifts between working hours of 8AM-6PM)
