Account Service Representatives are needed for nationally recognized HR & Payroll solutions company for Phoenix, AZ office. This position will be an on-site!

As an Account Service Representative, you will be assigned clients to effectively assist and troubleshoot any issues relating to the client’s accounts.

Responsibilities include:

  • Building relationships with clients as you will be their designated point of contact.
  • Make outbound (scheduled) calls to clients to collect payroll information. Additionally, you will have availability for inbound calls from your clients
  • Manage high-volume email interactions
  • Providing any necessary follow-ups for your clients
  • Advocating product and assisting clients how to use software effectively and efficiently 



Job Requirements


  • Ability to multi-task (phone, email, chat)
  • Call center/customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


Monday – Friday Schedule (Must be open to work shifts between working hours of 8AM-6PM)
