RemX is seeking Administrative Assistant for a local company in Carlsbad area.  $24 to 26/hour DOE. **Position on-site during training will be Remote**

 Job Summary

  • Responsible for download suppler documents and information
  • Update and maintain customer database from questionnaires and surveys
  • Respond to customers questions and inquiries
  • Develop “how to” to guides to file and manage supplier information
  • Audit reports and maintain certifications
  • Participate in and lead meetings with Quality, Customer Service and Logistics and Operatives, ensuring meeting goals in timely manner
  • Collect reports and maintain summary of audits, etc.
  • Work closely with Procurement, QA, R&D on supplier status of verification

Job Requirements


  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative background
  • Experience working within Procurement, QA, or Logistics helpful
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Experience in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and SharePoint
  • Strong organizational, written, verbal skills
