HOURS: M-F 8a-5p

PAY: Up to $55K DOE 

CONTRACT TO HIRE 

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Will coordinate work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors performing building maintenance, office services and janitorial work
  • Establish and maintain service agreements and contracts
  • Perform daily inspections of work to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a relationship with building property management
  • Coordinate and manage tenant move within the building
  • Provide support to management regarding any construction expansion projects
  • Take calls assisting facilities management 
  • Deliver mail
  • Assist technicians moving equipment as needed
  • Code and process invoices      
  • Other duties as assigned

 

 

Job Requirements

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • 3+ years facilities experience
  • Familiarity with project management principles
  • MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong organization skills
