RemX has an exciting, immediate, opportunity for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition specialist with a large employer based in the El Cajon area. This position is a contract for 6 months and paying $22 to 24/hour DOE to support an overflow of Hospitality related requisitions. We are open to agency or in house, seeking someone collaborative with high energy who can handle a large requisition load and hit the ground running (warehouse/call center/hospitality all applicable experience, seeking volume recruitment experience with more entry level wage/roles). This is a great opportunity for someone from an agency seeking to make the switch to an in-house Talent Acquisition team! Job Responsibilities:

  • Actively recruit, screen resumes, interview, generate offer letters, and declination email/letters for applicants.  Online recruiting activities, job postings, networking (You will have a large requisition load, seeking results-oriented individuals capable of handling a high volume of work)
  • Schedule’s meetings, interviews and trainings and coordinates associated logistics to include securing conference rooms, assuring appropriate configuration and IT support, and related details, including candidate travel and accommodations when required.
  • Compiles and creates employee files upon hiring new employees and ensures aligned with compliance requirements.
  • Provides top notch customer service to both employee and non-employee visitors.
  • Creates, organizes, and maintains file systems and electronic document
  • Assist Talent Team with projects as needed

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year’ experience as a recruiter experience working in the hospitality or high-volume recruitment
  • Bachelors’ Degree a plus but not required
  • High-proficiency levels in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and HRIS/ATS systems
  • Excellent writing skills (composing, editing, and proofing).
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to successfully multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and practices.
