Accounts Receivable (A/R) Assistant 
 
Fast growing and employee friendly company, with an exciting opportunity for an A/R Assistant in our recently acquired Langhorne office. We are currently and temporarily working in our Northeast Philadelphia office. We are seeking a candidate who wants to work in a friendly and safe office environment. The primary responsibility of this position is to offer administrative support for the A/R department.
 
Accounts Receivable Assistant Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
 
Supporting A/R representatives in various duties such as, but not limited to, the following:
  • Scanning, printing and proof-reading documents
  • Maintaining and creating Excel spreadsheets and updating information as needed
  • Sorting and distributing mail within the department
  • Researching all returned mail and updating system accordingly
  • Mailing patient invoices and secondary claims
  • Data entry

Job Requirements

Accounts Receivable Assistant Skills/Requirements:
  • Good working knowledge of Excel and Word required
  • Ability to multi-task a must
  • Experience in a healthcare setting and utilizing Navi-net a plus
