TYPE: Contract to Hire; Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM and 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM shifts available; will be remote until client returns to office

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Handle customer inquiries regarding service calls
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding installation of new equipment
  • Enter service requests into system to be sent to dispatch team
  • Ensure part orders are entered efficiently in order for technicians to receive parts to complete service calls or installations
  • Support customer requests regarding service history
  • Take payments via phone
  • Collect any overdue payments prior to next scheduled service
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; some level of higher education preferred
  • Two or more years of experience in business to business customer service role and/or order entry role is required
  • Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and prioritize needs of customer
  • Ability to communicate effectively via phone and email
  • Must be detail oriented
