RemX is partnered with a University in Philadelphia, PA to find a Patient Service Representative to join their team!

Pay: $17-$20/hour, depending on experience 

Patient Services Representative Job Duties:

  • Answer inbound calls, schedule patient appointments, verify insurance
  • Update and maintain internal databases; must be proficient in Navinet and NextGen

Hours (subject to change based on department needs):

Monday 8:00am-4:00pm

Tuesday 8:00am-4:00pm

Wednesday 12:30pm-8:30pm

Thursday 8:00am-4:00pm

Friday 8:00am-4:00pm 

**All hours are subject to changed based on departmental needs**

 

Job Requirements

Patient Services Representative Requirements:

  • Insurance verification 
  • NextGen is required 
  • Navinet is preferred 
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Must be comfortable speaking patients and insurance providers 
  • EHR Experience Required
  • Call Center Experience is a plus
  • Customer Focused
  • Team Player
  • Ability to navigate between multiple computer screens
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Required
