  • Ad receiving and Data Entry
  • Answering ad queries and Invoicing
  • Affidavits – generating, cutting/pasting/gluing ad copy, signing/notarizing and Filing
  • Newspaper copy storage and management
  • Mail and interoffice communication
  • Courthouse liaison, delivery and pick-up 
  • Exceptional customer service attitude
  • Learn and understand source, method of acquisition and purpose of every type of public notice advertisement
  • Oversee department when senior clerk is out and keep senior management informed of any issues
  • Assist senior management with various reports and other projects.
  • Must have general knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Maintaining databases and tracking spreadsheets.
  • Manage and communicate confidential information
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

  • Deliver information to customer in a timely manner
  • Experience with Importer Security Filing (I.S.F) and weekly review and system updates for Container ETA information
  • Ensure accuracy of invoicing and packing list and daily/weekly reporting of invoicing status
  • Responsible for the tracking and updating of import containers
  • Upload customs documents to SAP
  • Schedule arriving containers for delivery, create DO, ensure proper release and that no demurrage or per diem charges occur
  • Cargowise experience preferred.

  • Research and identify the custom brokerage of inbound shipments                                                                           
  • Notifies brokers and consignees of arrival of shipments, distributes documents to brokers and/or consignees. Collects receivables where applicable
  • Prepares documents required to move inbound shipments between U.S. ports 
  • Monitors consolidation transfer times to ensure service levels are maintained The individual in this position must be capable of performing all of the essential functions with or without a reasonable accommodation.
  •  Good interpersonal skills required. High school diploma or equivalent required. Generally prefer 3-6 years of experience.
