Description

TYPE: 3 month contract; in office; Monday - Friday 1st shift

WHY THIS COMPANY:  Our client is a well-known homebuilder that values the customer experience.  They have multiple divisions and opportunities for advancement within the company.

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Enter all work orders, POs, and letters
  • Create reports and update as needed
  • Enter customer information into system
  • Assist external and internal customers over the phone
  • Maintain files for customers, both digital and manual
  • Update system with status information regarding work of field reps
  • Prepare customer documentation, surveys, and booklets
  • Assist customer service manager and team with other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Minimum 1 year of customer support or administrative experience is required
  • Experience in construction industry is a plus
  • Accurate and efficient data entry skills
  • Experience with AS400 is a plus
  • Strong communication skills are a must
