Excellent compensation: $175k - $200k, bonus, full benefits, relocation assistance
Lead a national team of 45+ that includes Field Service Managers and Field Service Engineers
Newly created position that will allow you to build the team in your vision using and enhancing current systems
Plan and direct the workflow for all support groups to resolve customer’s issues that includes remote and on-site technical support
Requirements
5+ years managing a national service organization for multiple product lines in the medical device and scientific instruments industry
Knowledge of Operations Management and scaling national service functions
25% travel to locations for training, support, and ongoing growth
