The Position
- Evaluate, Design, Develop, Implement, and coordinating Technical training programs for both employees and company products
- Assist in the LMS design that will deliver positive and successful employee and user experiences
- Assess, determine skills needs and training gaps that need to be addressed
Requirements
- BS degree or equivalent work experience
- Must have experience with classroom, virtual, simulated, on the job trainings
- Experience developing and coordinating training events in corporate environment
- Some technical or mechanical experience is a plus
- Must possess strong aptitude to learn technical aspects of the specific jobs and products
- This is on site 100% with occasional travel
