We are seeking bilingual call center reps in the Sandy Springs area. Below are all the details.
Hours: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm (M-F)
Weekends when business needs require a Saturday or Sunday shift
Pay: $19.00 an hour
Location: Sandy Springs / Roswell area ‘

Primary responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls to answer general questions as well as assist customers currently in the application process
- Respond to digital communications via email, text, chat
- Follow defined procedures to process loan applications
Critical skills & experience
- Prior experience handling calls in a contact center
- Excellent tone of voice
- Familiarity with quality assurance
- Listening skills & ability to display empathy towards our customers
- Well-spoken and able to professionally respond to customers in writing
- Detail oriented and able to follow procedures involving multiple systems
- Well versed in Microsoft applications – primarily word, excel, outlook
