Administrative Assistant for the HR Team on site at the facility about $22/hr range DOE

Start early June 

This role in HR starts as a long term temp with the goal of becoming FTE (with strong performance and once they get the position approved. 

Will be working HR Generalist in charge 

Hours are 8am- 5pm M-F with a 1 hour lunch and expect some overtime.   

Masks are worn except while sitting at your desk. (no vaccine mandate)

We would like someone who will come in and work like this is a long term/FTE job.   Technically its temp, but the idea is to make it permanent eventually.  

• Strong typing skills, and MS Office
• Weekly reporting in Excel and the Tracking system - sick time, covid cases, medical leave
• Learn software & the business processes quickly - with on the job training.
• Lots of data entry
• Assisting new employees on their 1st day with: filling out tax forms, I-9 and E-verify, Direct Deposit, other documents.
• Able to work with interruptions from the employees 
• Professional and courteous in dealing with employees over the phone or in person
• Understanding of privacy and confidentiality
• Answer employee questions throughout the day as they stop by the HR Office.
• Bilingual Spanish - a big plus (many of the employees speak Spanish)
• HS Diploma or GED

Training Schedule: 8am-5pm (6 weeks) Monday through Friday

Training & Work Location: On-site Albuquerque, NM > 87107

Post- Training Schedule:  assigned an 8-hour schedule between 8am and 6pm, Monday through Friday

RemX is seeking Customer Service Representatives to train and work onsite in Irving, TX. We are looking for skilled call center representatives with at least 6 months of call center! Vaccination will be required for employment. 

RemX is seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives for a medical call center.  The position would be onsite in the Irving, TX area. 

This a contract to  permanent position with a Fortune 500 Medical Company. We are looking for people to fill 8 hour shifts Monday - Friday between 7 am-8 pm. (CST) 

Pay rate is $16.00 an hour.

This is a career position, we are expanding and adding Job Management Specialists, who will project manage HVAC, Plumbing & electrical jobs around the country all from the office here in downtown Denver. 

Summary -Liaison between the customers and construction contractors (plumbers, electricians, technicians) to create new work orders, change orders, dispatch contractors, communicate with brokers , take inbound calls, make outbound follow-up and progress calls, log all interactions .                       Basically you project manage your jobs. to ensure they are progressing and meeting service levels.

• Take inbound calls and emails from the clients (clients are all over the nation)
• Manage work orders from start to finish for Electrical, HVAC and plumbing issues (repair, replacement)
• Create work orders, create change orders
• Schedule and Dispatch contractors,
• Communicate with brokers/REO specialists, and maintain that relationship and all follow up.
• Log interactions within contractual service levels
• Ensures jobs are moving through the process within terms of Service Level Agreement
• Maintain all client facing and company expectations
• Assist in development of our newest services such as plumbing and electrical.
• Additional projects/activities to support ongoing business needs

QUALIFICATIOINS:

• If you have customer service & coordinator experience in a business environment - like Mortgage Loan processing, Auto Claims or HOA management , we can train you for this property/construction industry job.
• MS Office proficiency : Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & Outlook - Email/scheduling, spreadsheets
• Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills
• Able to problem solve, de-escalate and resolve conflicts
• Organized with ability to prioritize and manage time
• Good judgement & decision-making with ability to apply discretion
• Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate account/client needs
• HSD or GED required, 2 yr degree a plus!
