Reputable Nationwide Logistics organization in Jupiter is seeking for experienced Shipping Clerk to be part of their fast innovative Customer Service team. THIS ROLE IS NOT REMOTE!

Responsibilities:

  • Manages the shipment and receipt of all products.
  • Collaborates and communicates with customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.
  • Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready area.
  • Maintains an accurate log sheet of daily driver log (Inbound/Outbound), scanning inventory, and counting accurately.
  • Engages with drivers with a positive attitude.
  • Provides additional backup support for shipping and receiving departments.
  • (Promptly unloads trucks and deliveries and sorts and stocks receivables) Not required to perform task but cross-training will take place to fill any time slot voids that may take place.

Shifts available:

Evenings: $19.00 per hour

Group A : 6p-6a, 3 days on (Sun/Wed/Th), approx. 36 hour workweek

Group B : 6p-6a, 4 on (M/T/F/Sat), approx. 48  hour workweek

  

Day Shift: $18.50 per hour

Group A : 6a-6p, 3 days on (Sun/Wed/Th), approx. 36 hour workweek

  • Troubleshoot customer pending issues to bring resolution and complete satisfaction.
  • Maintain CRM and job registration databases.
  • Work closely with Customer Service Manager to assist in sales efforts and projects.
  • Consult with designers, specifiers, architects, and installers/contractors on residential and commercial projects.
