***Previous Call Center experience required***

 Position: Medical Customer Service Rep

 Location: Remote Work from Home only the Surrounding Cities in Texas

 Pay: $16/hr. (SIXTEEN PER HOUR) (Depending on experience) & FULL benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision)

 Training: PAID REMOTE **All equipment provided for you by the company**

 Shift: Monday- Friday No Weekends! Must be available to work an 8hr. shift between 5am-8pm

 Position Details:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls.
• Follow up with prior authorization status.
• Verifying medical insurance
• Provide accurate information.
• Provide appropriate follow-up.
• Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller.
• Must be able to multitask between several internal system programs
• Follow company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Previous Call center experience required.
• Amazing attention to details
• Second interview required with client.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Must have high speed internet in your home.
• Must be able to pass Drug & Background check. 
• Problem solving skills.
