Remx Staffing is hiring an Account Coordinator for a South Knoxville company!
The position is a contract position and will not start until ASAP-12/31/2002
- The hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm.
- Training will be a month in office and cannot miss anytime during training, after training the position will require 1 day in office and the rest remote.
- Obtains all required documentation, completion of set-up specification sheets and coordination of all activities necessary for successful implementation
- Contact clients via phone and email
- Working with various areas within the company to successfully implement products and services for customers
- Coordinates activities with various departments to ensure that customer's products and services are successfully implemented in a timely, accurate and efficient manner
- Resolves issues relating to missing or conflicting product information and documentation by communicating and coordinating efforts with customers, sales staff relationship managers, operations, bankers and/or legal staff where applicable
Requirements:
- Proficient in Excel
- Attention to detail
- Associate's degree or 2-3 years of relevant experience
Must be able to pass a background check!
