RemX is seeking a dynamic

IT Specialist

for a Global Tech company!

$20-$23

The work hours for this position are M-F, 8 – 5. This is a temp to hire opportunity!

Duties:

· Analyses IT issues and provides solutions as they arise for internal and external customers

· Monitors network to ensure network availability to all system users and performs necessary maintenance to support network availability

· Implements network security measures

· Develops and conducts IT related training on topics to include: Microsoft Office; Networking concepts, and Open Forum (i.e. employees sign-up and ask any IT related question they have)

· Develops or provides input related to IT related policies and guidelines

· Conducts periodic internal audits of organization compliance with IT guidelines and practices and works with department managers and IT Manager (as needed) to address related issues

· Supports IT Helpdesk as second level support

· Provides support for special applications to the business

· Assists with developing IT processes and related documents and maintains same

· Evaluates new software and hardware

· Integrates new clients and servers into existing Infrastructure

· Is responsible for periodic patch management of clients and servers

· Participates in IT projects
