Leading marketing communications & surface imaging company specializing in the project management & production of retail, event & trade show programs is looking for a Project Manager to join their team! This client does have an in-house design & photography, print production, metal & wood fabrication, fulfillment, installation, and comprehensive browser-based program management.

The ideal Project Manager will be responsible for managing all technical and production-related activities of multiple assigned large-format and/or direct mail orders from inception to completion. They will also be responsible for managing the budget and allocations on their projects, work closely with sales, and the production teams to ensure sure projects are delivered on time and to the client’s satisfaction. This is an experienced-level position focused on handling key accounts and complex work that involves multiple processes.

You will be responsible for:

• Set and manage the project timeline
• Manage project and client budget
• Monitor project deliverables – ability to provide timely updates to client and team

Qualifications

• Experience in/with environmental graphics in print or construction, or installation strongly preferred
• Effectively communication with team members
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• On-Site Monday – Friday (2 openings) or Tuesday - Saturday (1 opening) 
• This position is primarily sedentary – consistent computer usage in role
