RemX is searching for detail-oriented, focused, hardworking individuals to help clean up electronic contract records. These temporary workers will work closely with attorneys and paralegals to correct issues in the way the data was originally entered in order to maximize the company’s ability to access necessary records in a timely manner going forward.

Temporary position

Pay rate: $25 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm

Responsibilities:

• Create separate records for multiple contracts currently stored in a single record
• Rename documents in accordance with established naming conventions
• Ensure all information fields (e.g., party names, contract title, department, etc.) are entered correctly for each contract record
• Maintain complete and accurate records regarding which contract records have been addressed
• With guidance from paralegals and attorneys, set contract renewal alerts based upon the length of the contract

Experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), required
• 2+ years working in an office environment or in a remote position primarily consisting of computer-based work, preferred
• Data entry or contracts experience preferred
• Ability to work effectively within record software (Cobblestone) and update files accurately, required
• Ability to deal with and handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and tact, required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, required
• Ability to follow directions and to ask questions when clarification is needed, required
