RemX Irvine is recruiting for a Customer Service Associate. This is a great company that offers growth and stability. M-F 7:30-4pm, Located in Irvine. Evaluation to hire. Offering $18-21/hr DOE.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate customer records in all software systems, CRM.
- Learn customer levels, price guide, product line, imprint specifications, production guidelines and shipping information in order to provide superior customer service.
- Answer and redirect inbound calls from customers and reps.
- Order Processing.
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries for information such as ship dates, or other existing order questions.
- Work with inside sales team make outbound calls to customers to resolve order issues to customer satisfaction and obtain authorizations to proceed with orders.
- Enter and process orders for customer acknowledgment.
- Work with RGA Department on warranty and return process.
