What you will be doing:
- Dealing with incoming calls, and emails in regards to different products sold
- Handle customer issues that have escalated
- Handle account maintenance , customer profiles, Account/ site access and approvals, Out of stock orders
- Document all customer calls
Qualifications:
- 6 months of customer Service
- Able to prioritize customer needs
- Call Center experience
- Troubleshooting
